At a high level, the Business Operations team manages the entire company and streamlines how the company operates. This team looks at the entire company, analyses various processes, procedures, software, and systems, and works to increase the efficiency and clarify of the company by implementing positive changes.
The Business Operations team is focused on Ideal Concepts’ revenue and profit and works to make sure all processes are constructive and efficient. The team provides oversight within each department to help create accountability for all teams.
This team could include positions such as Chief Operating Officer, a manager of operations, various assistants, business analysts, process analysts, and others who collectively act as a kind of secondary Chief Executive Officer.
