What you'll do
- Sell Health or Medicare insurance products to uninsured and underinsured individuals, in addition to promoting and selling our proprietary plan products to enhance overall coverage.
- Answer high-volume outbound calls to live leads provided by Ideal Concepts.
- Qualify needs quickly, conduct needs analysis, and present fitting solutions.
- Take transferred inquiries from lead qualifiers, own the sales cycle, and drive to close.
- Present IDC supplementary products on every call when appropriate.
- Use consultative selling to present products that meet client needs and add value.
- Generate electronic rate quotes and document call details accurately.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with clients and teammates.
- Hit and exceed daily / weekly performance metrics and call-quality standards.
- Work both independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.

Qualification
- No prior experience required, but a strong interest in insurance and commitment to completing our onboarding program to obtain your Health and Life license.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to commute to Allentown, PA 18101. (This is a full onsite job)
