John got the notion to create innovative sales tech for one of the least technologically advanced industries, insurance. He started iWebQuotes, an insurance lead generation site and private insurance exchange as well as SalesRadix, an intuitive Customer Relationship Manager that connects people looking for insurance with licensed agents. The company has grown exponentially, linking hundreds of thousands of clients with agents and carriers.

Ashley started with Ideal Concepts as a case manager back in 2010. By 2011, she had worked her way to a new role as our commission account specialist. Ashley was known for being skilled in all our administrative positions before her promotion to Administrative Manager in mid-2015. Ashley oversees all administrative departments, making sure every team runs smoothly for brokers and clients.

Vikas has been with Ideal Concepts since its inception in some capacity or another. Originally contracted to handle some engineering work, Vikas eventually joined our team as the only engineer. Now, he manages a team of more than a dozen! He has nearly 20 years of experience, which has proven to be invaluable to our efforts as an insurance technology leader.

Michael has been with Ideal Concepts for the past 11 years and has more than 15 years of sales experience. He got his start selling independent brokers health and life leads, back when Ideal Concepts’ main venture was lead generation. Michael soon became a broker himself. After 6 years as one of the top sales agents in the country, Michael took on a leadership role as a sales manager in the fall of 2013 and was promoted to Health Sales Director in 2020.

Josh has over 12 years of Sales Leadership in a Medicare, Life and ACA Insurance verticals. As the Sales Strategy Leader for the company, he's been instrumental in building the framework our company uses to build and replicate successful insurance producers. Josh has helped create a High-performing sales culture, built on the company's mission statement, "provide flawless solutions with remarkable service.to every customer."

Eric has been working in human capital management for 14 years with specific focus on leading and designing high volume staffing strategies. He assumed the position of Recruiting Manager with Ideal Concepts in 2017 where he implemented the framework to launch an aggressive and effective recruiting organization. Eric was promoted to Recruiting Director in 2020 and continues to drive the strategic vision of exponentially growing the company.

Eric is the mastermind behind our Marketing department. With over 13 years of experience, Eric uses his marketing knowledge and skills to adapt to an ever-changing insurance landscape. He joined Ideal Concepts as Marketing Director in 2017. Since then, Eric has grown his team by adding marketing experts in various key roles. He was promoted to Marketing Director in 2022.
