AIO & Ideal Concepts Top the 2017 Inc. 5000 List

Both American Insurance Organization and Ideal Concepts are ranked in the top 20% on this year's list.

Ideal Concepts, Inc. is pleased to announce that American Insurance Organization (AIO) has been named to the prestigious Inc. 5000 list for the second year in a row! Ideal Concepts, Inc. also made the 2017 list. The Inc. 5000 list, put out annually by Inc. Magazine, ranks the country’s top 5000 fastest-growing private companies, according to percentage revenue growth over a 3-year period.

With a more than 727% jump in revenue from 2013 to 2016, AIO is ranked in the top 12% of all listed companies, is considered #9 among insurance-related businesses nationwide, and is ranked #13 of all Pennsylvania companies listed. Ideal Concepts achieved a 522% growth over this period, putting it in the top 17% of companies nationwide.

To qualify for the annual Inc. 5000 list, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by January 2013, and be able to show three full calendar years of sales. Additionally, qualifying companies must be U.S. based and privately held. Revenue in 2013 must have reached $100,000, and revenue in 2016 must have been at least $2 million.

AIO and Ideal Concepts are included in the “Insurance Companies” category, which covers a wide assortment of business concentrations including all aspects of insurance business, and all lines of insurance. Insurance carriers, adjusters, warrantors, as well as property & casualty lines of insurance marketers, among a plethora of other types of companies, are included in this category. Of the top ten companies listed in this vastly varied category, AIO had the third highest revenue for 2016.
