About the department

Our Human Resources department is responsible for the company’s hiring and maintaining of passionate employees.

The Agent Recruiting team contracts experienced agents for InsureMe’s elite Sales team. They have thousands of contracted agents across the country. The Corporate Recruiting team hires dedicated professionals to work out of the Lehigh Valley. They find the best people in the industry to ensure InsureMe always operates at the highest level.

The Human Resources team helps our new hires get situated at the company and helps them feel at home. The team provides comprehensive human resource consultation, guidance, and support services to maximize the effectiveness of the company and to be the go-to team for all employee relations issues.

Eric Thomas

Eric has been working in human capital management for 14 years with specific focus on leading and designing high volume staffing strategies. With a degree in Information Technology and Business Management, he has built his career developing cutting-edge recruiting solutions that accomplish strategic business objectives. He assumed the position of Recruiting Manager with Ideal Concepts in 2017 where he implemented the framework to launch an aggressive and effective recruiting organization. Eric was promoted to Recruiting Director in 2020 and continues to drive the strategic vision of exponentially growing the company with hard-to-find and unique resources locally and across the country.

Maria Amenta

Maria Amenta joined the Ideal Concepts team as the Human Resources Manager in March 2024. Maria has over 10 years of Human Resources and Payroll experience primarily in the Facilites and Manufacturing industries where she has helped organizations build engaged, high performing teams. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from The Pennsylvania State University in Human Resources and Employee Relations along with other professional certifications in Human Resources Mangement and Safety. Maria is passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities and supporting all levels of the organization thorugh stragegic workforce developoment. In her free time, she enjoys watching sports, going to football games, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Our agent recruiters also give prospective agents a detailed breakdown of their earning potential and help them understand their responsibilities. Each of our sales divisions has its own team of agent recruiters.
