Our Corporate Recruiting team is a critical part of Ideal Concepts’ ambitious expansion plans. With more than 350 employees, and bold plans to double our staff count over the next few years, we depend on our employee recruiters to find and hire the best individuals for all positions, teams, and departments.

Our corporate recruiters create engaging job posts to attract top talent, and effectively source potential employees from across the country. They develop efficient and innovative testing strategies to vet the best employees, and screen and interview individuals to find hard working employees who will propel the company forward. The team is focused on making the right hire the first time, so they only have to do it once!

Stephany Dayoub has been working in Human Capital Management for the past 7 years of her career with specific focus on High Volume Recruiting and helping companies grow their headcount, open new branches and find Top talent. Stephany started her career at Ideal Concepts in 2019 and worked her way up from a Corporate Recruiter to a Team lead to now being the Corporate Recruiting Manger. Stephany drives the department to find creative ways and strategies to attract Top Talent across the country, be unique in our approach and aggressively dominate the market.
