About the team

Whether it’s designing, ordering, and constructing new and creative workspaces for employees, managing the daily maintenance on Ideal Concepts’ many properties, or overseeing our anticipated multi-story downtown Allentown building project, our Facilities team makes sure all employees have a tech-friendly, open, and welcoming office environment.

The Facilities team is centered on providing an atmosphere that allows other teams to focus on their own goals and initiatives and making sure they have the equipment and technology needed to operate at an optimal level. Every department at Ideal Concepts should feel that they have what they need to be productive, and the Facilities team makes that happen.

Doug Kraemer

Doug Kraemer joined the Ideal Concepts team as a fulltime employee in 2017 after 10 years of working as a contractor on various company projects. Doug’s background is in electrical technology, and prior to coming on board with Ideal Concepts, he owned his own electrical contracting company, where he worked on both private and commercial properties all over the Lehigh Valley.

As Facilities Manager, Doug, oversees the company’s construction projects, working with sub-contractors from quotes, to contracting, permits, and beyond. He also keeps up with the company’s routine building maintenance, annual inspections, and deals with any building tenants at all Ideal Concepts’ properties.
