Ideal Concepts’ Licensing Specialists make the new agent experience painless by answering any licensing and carrier appointment questions. Team members spend an average of 40-60 hours a week onboarding new agents.
Our Licensing Specialists also audit and review appointments and licenses for existing agents while communicating any paperwork that may be missing. They establish strong working relationships with agents to ensure they fully understand all processes. The team also works closely with carriers to keep them informed of any agent updates.
