Our Content Marketing team knows that insurance can be difficult to understand, which is why they craft valuable content that informs the audience in a way that is easy to follow. The team produces a plethora of marketing materials, including long-form articles, blog posts, listicles, Q&A content, photos, videos, infographics, ad copy, display ads, and more.

Team members collaborate with various departments and teams to create a unified message to our customers. Their goal is to educate and engage with our audience so that people can make informed healthcare decisions. Additionally, they work closely with our carrier partners on marketing campaigns throughout the year.

Eric Munley

Eric Munley is the mastermind behind our Marketing department. With over 13 years of experience, Eric uses his marketing knowledge and skills to adapt to an ever-changing insurance landscape. Quick-witted and innovative, Eric earned his BA in Marketing and Business Administration from King’s College.

After working at various marketing-related jobs in Pennsylvania, Eric joined the Ideal Concepts Marketing team in May 2017. Since then, Eric has grown his team by adding marketing experts in various key roles. Together, the Marketing team works with nearly every department in the company.
